Creative Design or Just Imitation of Hermes?

Three days ago, I got an email from Bagsok.com which said that its latest bags collection for summer have released. I am a regular customer of Bagsok. So you know, I visited its home page at once.
I have to say, their latest bags are great. Both the two bags are from Alfa Artist which is the symbol of classic and fashion. But the most eye-catching point lies in the special decoration of the bags – silk scarf. I don't know how to describe my feeling when I saw the two bags, but I have to say, the bags matched with silk scarf release some kind of elegance and nobility.

But yesterday, when I saw the new Hermes bag of my friend, I can’t help thinking that the new Alfa Artist bags released by Bagsok borrowed the design idea of Hermes.

I don't know if the design of the two bags from Bagsok is considered as some kind of imitation. Maybe it is a creative design of Bagsok. What I know is the bags matched with silk scarf do look great.
