1 No Indecent Clothing.

The first one I want to say is the dressing. You should remember that never dress casually. According to the psychology, the first impression will always generate a permanent effect. So a good interviewee should know how to leave a good impression on the interviewers so that they will hire you out of so many competitors finally.

What kind of dress will be suitable? In most cases, the black suit will be perfect. For women, it is better to wear black suit with medium long skirt and also black high heel shoes. For men, black suit will also be proper, but the most important thing is to remember to wear the tie. Usually, black color shows a kind of decency, and good and careful dress will express to the interviewers that you pay much attention to this interview, you are anxious to get this job, and also, it helps you tell the interviewers that you respect them very much.

2 No Improper Body Language.

Secondly, I want to tell all the interviewees that you should try to avoid some body language hinting your nervousness, or you will make big mistakes.

Keeping quiet and elegant during the interview is very important if you want to gain trust from the interviewers. If you move you legs, head, hands or some other organs of your body too often, you will be seen as an immature people by the interviewers because how can they believe that one can not control their body can deal with the job well, let alone that an assistant should be careful of everything at any time. Therefore, if you are interviewed by the HR, you should keep remembering that do not move any part of your body too often.

However, on the other hand, I do not mean that you can or must not move your body. Actually, proper actions and body language might help you look more confident, telling others you are listening and making others understand you better. It will gain you more scores from the HR. Nevertheless, if you stay quietly and silently without any actions, HR will easily think that your mind has traveled around the world but not his or her words. Of course, HR will never hire one who even has no little attention to his or her short words. Therefore, here what I want to say is to stop your over frequent actions but do some proper gestures including nodding, smiling, thinking and so on.

All in all, the great ability is not enough to make you an excellent interviewee. If you want to search a good job, you should pay your attention to some other details too.
