But as we do not know well about dynamics of sun, astronomers can not predict exactly the sun activity now. An evaluation team which made up by twelve scientists will predict it under the help of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The maximum of sun activity in May 2013 will be the weakest one from 1928. From the current materials, most people intend to believe this point. Of course, there are other scientists have different views. They think that the next maximum will stronger. But the truth need time to prove.
Since the excess dependence on electrical power of human modern civilization, the solar windstorm destroys the electric network seriously. Though it is very vital, people have other ways except for monitoring sun activity, early warning and precaution.
Besides, human also experience many times strong sun activity. The strongest one is in 1859. If the 1859 solar windstorm happened today, it will destroy extensive electric network and 10 percent of artificial satellites breaking-down. The total losing will be more than 1000 billion yuan. But if you think solar windstorm will result devastating event, it seems farfetched. Because there is earth magnetic field and atmosphere can protect earth. But the partial destructive power of solar windstorm should be paid enough attention.
There still a other so-called omen: earthquake.

In this sense, scientists also believe the earthquake is random.
So, the recent earthquakes happened in circum pacific seismic zone, such as Solomon Islands, Ryukyu and Chile. These earthquakes are all normal phenomenon.
